Welcome to DPT Dani! This blog is designed to document the wellness journey of a Physical Therapist.
The purpose of this blog will be to document my personal experience as a health professional with a wellness based lifestyle!
A little bit about me: I have my bachelors in Exercise Science and am in my final year on the way to my Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have been seeing a nutritionist for 2 years, but have no professional experience in the field.

As a student of physical therapy, I can offer professional advice in the movement sciences (exercise, fitness, therapeutic exercise). While I live my life in the wellness realm, I can offer personal experiences in fields such as nutrition and mental health.

Through this blog I hope to be very transparent with the inevitable ups and downs while striving toward the person I want to be and "finding my fit" in fitness, nutrition, relationships, mental health and life as a whole. This changes almost constantly, and will be a lifelong road that I hope to share.

All that being said, I hope that I, through this blog, can help you on YOUR road to "finding your own fit."
